STONE-GROUND CHOCOLATE

CHOCOLATE SHELL INGREDIENTS: Cacao nibs and cacao butter, ethically sourced from Peru and Ecuador; Coconut Sugar.

Flavors are seasonal and will be announced with each new batch, priced at $35 for a 9-piece chocolate box.

Here is our latest batch of Winter 2025-2026 Chocolates:

TAHINI FIG PRALINE - a luscious combination of tahini butter and fig with light citrus notes.

Ingredients: Sesame Seed Butter, Cacao Butter, Maple Syrup, Dried Figs, Vanilla Bean, Orange Oil

PASSIONFRUIT CARAMEL MOLE - a vibrant tropical burst layered with silky caramel and a subtly spicy dark chocolate ganache inspired by traditional Mexican mole.

Passionfruit Caramel: Passionfruit Puree, Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup. Cacao Butter.

Mole Ganache: Stone-ground Chocolate, Maple Syrup, Cashew Butter, Coconut Oil, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Pepper.

COFFEE WALNUT PRALINE - a rich fusion of coffee caramel and roasted walnut praline with a touch of cardamom in smooth stone-ground chocolate.

Ingredients: Stone-ground Chocolate, Roasted Walnuts, Coconut Sugar, Espresso, Coconut Cream, Cardamom.

CHERRY CARAMEL - bright cherry caramel meets silky dark chocolate–cashew ganache for a perfectly tart–sweet bite.

Cherry Caramel: Cherry Juice, Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup. Cacao Butter.

Dark Chocolate Ganache: Dark Chocolate, Cashew Butter, Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup, Cacao Powder
