For the first time, we are bringing our chocolate making class from NYC to Fairfax, VA! Our class will be held in a beautiful newly opened cafe Empire Coffee located on the upper level of Fair Oaks Mall - down towards the end by Macy's.

Making chocolate is a beautiful experience that unites families, couples, groups of colleagues and friends in a joyful activity! Contrary to popular belief, chocolate is not just a guilty pleasure loaded with fats & sugar. Chocolate that is both healthy and delicious DOES exist! Would you like to learn how to make it?
In this small group class, you will learn how to make delicious raw vegan chocolates with easily accessible kitchen tools & ingredients.
You'll make chocolate from scratch and take all your delicious creations home!
We'll be making 3 types of chocolates:
Silky Dark Chocolate
Creamy "Mylk" Chocolate (made with yummy vegan superfood alternatives),
Peanut Butter Cups* (a healthy alternative to Reese's), and
Bonus: special chocolate bonbons using original recipes created by Sowella Chocolate.
Variety of spices, nuts, dry fruits, and essential oils will be available for your creative use.
*Peanut butter can be replaced with almond or sunflower butter by request.
All chocolates will be:
RAW
VEGAN
REFINED SUGAR FREE
made with HIGH-QUALITY ORGANIC INGREDIENTS so they will be also highly NUTRITIOUS!
Taught by New York-based raw chocolatier Olga Savel.
You’ll discover how chocolate is made and you'll be experiencing 100% pure chocolate! You’ll also learn special insider secrets and tips that you can apply to your chocolate making adventure so can show off at dinner parties with friends or family!
Pre-Registration is required to attend the class. Space is limited to 10 participants!
Cost: $75 per person, $50 for 8-14-year-old kids (please email us).
All materials will be provided. You will leave the class with a decent amount of your own handmade chocolate!
