Learn How To Make Vegan White & Colored Chocolates! Zoom Workshop!

Naturally Colored Chocolates

In this class, we'll be making beautiful chocolates with natural pigments based on a raw vegan chocolate recipe.

We'll be using Zoom - a video conferencing tool for virtual meetings. Zoom allows us to see all the participants in a chat face-to-face, on a phone, tablet, or computer. After you RSVP the class and confirm your attendance, I'll send you a link to login to our session.

Whether you are new to chocolate making or have some experience, you'll learn professional tempering skills and a lot of useful information about healthy ingredients you can use in your chocolate recipes.

Live Zoom session will allow us to meet in person and have a real-time chocolate making experience with questions and comments.

Before Class: You'll receive a list of ingredients & kitchen tools needed for the session.

We'll be making:

- Creamy White Chocolate (special vegan recipe);
- Colored Chocolate Bonbons with different flavoring;
- Basic Dark Chocolate (for the base of our colored bonbons).
- Variety of healthy & delicious recipes depending on the ingredients you have in your kitchen.

After Class: You'll receive a detailed pdf document with all information covered in class.

If you don't have access to all ingredients/tools needed for the class, not a problem! I'll be showing alternative ways of making easy chocolate recipes.

Working with chocolate can bring up some of your sweetest childhood memories, can awaken your creative abilities, can revive your culinary senses, stimulate your personal and professional growths, can even teach you how to be more patient, and will definitely bring joy and much-needed peace within yourself.

If you have kids, after this workshop you'll be able to make colorful chocolates with your kids as a fun project during the quarantine times.
