In these challenging times, we are all adjusting our lives to new ways of working and being creative. Many of us are looking for new activities and skills to learn.

I'd love to invite you to my new online chocolate-making series!

We'll be using Zoom - a video conferencing tool for virtual meetings. Zoom allows us to see all the participants in a chat face-to-face, on a phone, tablet, or computer. After you RSVP the class and confirm your attendance, I'll send you a link to login to our session.

Live Zoom session will allow us to meet in person and have a real-time chocolate making experience with questions and comments.

Before Class: You'll receive a list of ingredients & kitchen tools needed for the session.

Skills you'll learn:

- tempering techniques;

- basic dark chocolate recipe;

- vegan mylk chocolate recipe;

- healthy superfood ingredients and low sugar sweeteners;

- working with chocolate molds;

- making chocolate without molds.

After Class: You'll receive a detailed pdf document with all information covered in class.

Tempering might sound like a scary word for someone who has never worked with chocolate professionally. It is a tricky process, but not rocket science. It is all about the right temperature and little tricks you can learn in order to simplify the process. For me, It's similar to meditation. Its calming effect can almost instantly soothe any anxiety and stress-related feeling. With the beautiful chocolate aroma, you will naturally find yourself in a happier, much-balanced state of mind.

If you don't have access to all ingredients/tools needed for the class, not a problem! I'll be showing alternative ways of making easy chocolate recipes.
